Starling
I only have 20 minutes. Can we still get a full workout in? Absolutely. I made a 20-minute session and swapped the wrist-heavy moves you told me about. Here's the plan.

Message Starling

More than chat.

Starlings get to know you — your goals, routines, and preferences. Then they wake up and text you: sometimes with work already done, sometimes just to check in.

Starling / Memory

Starlings remember what matters.

Your Starling remembers your conversations, preferences, and the important details in your life—only within its role. Nothing spills into your other Starlings or chats.

Memory Updated just now

“Twenty minutes is realistic. Avoid wrist-heavy moves this week.”

Goal
Move every day
Constraint
Wrist recovery

I remembered. Today's plan already accounts for it.

There's a Starling for that.

For getting things done, getting better, or just having someone around.

Frequently asked.

Everything you need to know about Starling.

01 What is a Starling agent?

A personal AI with a name, a specialty, and a memory. Some are companions, some take work off your plate, and many do a little of both. Each one is made to help with a particular part of life really well.

02 How is a Starling different from a chatbot?

A chatbot waits for questions. A Starling gets to know you, remembers what matters, follows up, works on a schedule, and can create useful little tools around your life.

03 What can a Starling make for me?

Starlings can turn conversations into useful things such as plans, checklists, tables, trackers, and interactive widgets. What each Starling can create or keep updated depends on its specialty and the access you give it.

04 Can a Starling do things when I'm not chatting?

Yes. With your permission, a Starling can remind you, check in, prepare something, or run a routine on a schedule. You choose what happens automatically and what requires your approval.

05 Can I have more than one Starling?

Absolutely. You might have a trainer for your health, an assistant for everyday life, and a writing partner for work. Each has its own specialty, memory, and permissions.

06 Can I customize or create a Starling?

Yes. Start with an existing Starling and tune its personality and routines, or create one around a completely different need. Encouraging or direct, proactive or quiet, practical or playful—you decide how you want to be helped.

07 Can I connect my apps?

Some Starlings can use context from apps you choose to connect, and some can take approved actions there. Every agent page tells you plainly what that Starling can access and do. You stay in control of the permissions.

08 Is my data private?

Your conversations and your Starlings' memories are scoped to your account. They only know what you share or explicitly connect, and sensitive actions wait for your approval. Memory and deletion controls are available from your account.

09 Can Starlings help with legal, financial, medical, or mental health questions?

They can explain information, organize questions, explore options, and help you prepare to speak with a qualified professional. Starlings are AI and can make mistakes. They are not lawyers, financial advisers, therapists, or doctors, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment. Verify important information before acting. If you may be in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

10 How much does Starling cost?

Plus is $15 monthly or $144 annually; Pro is $25 monthly or $240 annually; Ultra is $100 or $200 monthly, with annual prices of $960 or $1,920. Each plan includes a matching monthly compute allowance. You can add prepaid compute manually from $5, with no auto-reload or postpaid overage.
