What is included with each plan?

Every plan includes the same Starling capabilities. Plus, Pro, Ultra 4×, and Ultra 8× include $15, $25, $100, and $200 of Starling compute each month respectively.

What happens when I use the included compute?

New work pauses when your balance reaches zero. You can add a prepaid top-up of $5 or more on the Web, with no automatic reload or surprise postpaid bill.

Does unused monthly compute roll over?

No. Your included compute refreshes monthly, including on annual plans. Purchased top-up balance stays separate from the monthly allowance.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can manage payment details or cancel through the secure billing portal. Your paid access remains active through the end of the current paid period.
